You collect your prize on the 11th of any month unless otherwise noted. You go to the Great temple of Balth. to talk to a Xunlai Tournament Agent to collect your prize in forms of tournament reward points which you can trade for Zenshin Keys. Which is why Zkeys drop roughly 1k every 11th-12th of each month. After you collect your prizes(rather, on every 11th of each month), you can make another new predictions and then rense and repeat.

predictions usually update around same time so u can predict for next month...although it may just be me but it seems there are fewer people/guilds right away

Talk to the NPC in Great Temple of Balthazar 12 minutes after the next update
